Prime Vitality is a direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, which allows us to spend more time with each patient and deliver personalized care. We accept HSA/FSA cards, and we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy or our partner compounding pharmacy. Most prescriptions are transmitted during your visit so they’re ready for pickup or delivery the same day.
Lab requisitions are sent directly to Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, with over 4,000 locations nationwide. Simply walk in at your convenience — no appointment needed at most locations. Results are reviewed at your next visit.
