No. Signature memberships — Concierge, Functional, and Elite Longevity — are open to any Texas resident and delivered fully via HIPAA-compliant video. Initial intake, follow-ups, lab reviews, and protocol revisions all happen virtually. Your bloodwork is drawn at a Quest or LabCorp draw station near you. The only treatments that require an in-person visit are Studio services — IV therapy, aesthetics, and any hands-on procedure — which are performed at our San Antonio clinic.
Dr. Goel is currently licensed in Texas, with licensure in additional states underway.
