Home visits are included as part of our concierge membership plans. For non-members, individual visit pricing is available — please call (210) 876-1635 for current rates. We believe physician house calls should be accessible, not luxury-priced.
Our concierge membership operates outside traditional insurance. However, we provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Lab work and certain services may be billed through insurance separately.
Dr. Goel arrives with a portable medical kit for a thorough visit — typically 30–60 minutes. This includes a comprehensive exam, vital signs, any needed lab draws, medication review, and a detailed care plan. It's the same quality as an office visit, but in your preferred environment.
We cover the greater San Antonio metropolitan area, including most of Bexar County and parts of surrounding counties (Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Helotes). If you're on the edge of our area, call us — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Our visiting physician service is not a replacement for emergency care. If you're experiencing chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or another life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. For urgent but non-emergency needs, contact our office and we'll arrange the fastest appropriate care.
