Every treatment is physician-administered or directly supervised by Dr. Goel — a triple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Aesthetic Medicine. We integrate diagnostics, root-cause medicine, and aesthetics under one roof, which no med spa in San Antonio offers.
Prime Vitality operates as a concierge and membership-based practice. While we don't bill insurance directly for membership services, we can provide superbills for eligible services that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many lab tests and certain medical services may be covered. We'll guide you through the process.
