We limit our member panel to ensure every patient gets the time and attention they deserve.

DPC typically offers basic primary care at a lower price point — but that's usually all you get. Prime Vitality's concierge practice is a functional medicine concierge model that includes advanced lab panels (50+ biomarkers), root-cause diagnostics, aesthetic service discounts, hormone optimization coordination, IV therapy, telehealth, and specialist coordination. We don't just do primary care — we integrate functional medicine, aesthetics, and wellness under one physician.

Yes. Your concierge membership covers your primary care, functional medicine, and wellness optimization with Dr. Goel. However, health insurance is still recommended for hospitalizations, specialist referrals, imaging, surgeries, and emergencies. Many of our members pair a high-deductible insurance plan with their concierge membership — which often saves them money overall while getting dramatically better care.

Absolutely. Every membership tier includes unlimited telehealth visits at no additional cost. Whether you're at home, traveling, or just prefer the convenience, you can connect with Dr. Goel via secure video for consultations, follow-ups, medication adjustments, and health coaching. It's the same quality of care, delivered wherever you are.

The Essentials plan includes basic wellness labs (metabolic panel, CBC, lipids, thyroid). The Optimization and Prime Elite plans include comprehensive functional medicine labs testing 50+ biomarkers — including hormones, inflammation markers, nutrient status, advanced thyroid panels, cardiac risk markers, metabolic health, and more. This is the level of testing that catches problems years before they become diseases.

Yes. The Prime Elite plan includes coverage for up to 2 additional family members. For the Essentials and Optimization plans, family members can enroll at their own membership tier. We offer family-friendly pricing — ask us about multi-member household discounts when you call.

Optimization members receive 10% off all aesthetic services (Botox, fillers, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and more). Prime Elite members receive 20% off. These discounts apply to our entire aesthetic menu and are automatically applied at checkout. It's one of the unique benefits of having your primary care physician and aesthetic provider be the same person.

We require a minimum 3-month commitment, after which you may cancel with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Annual memberships are paid upfront and are non-refundable after the first 30 days, but we're confident you'll see the value within your first visit. Our retention rate is over 95% — most members say they could never go back to traditional medicine.
